GSF interventions in Nigeria to provide essential support to communities affected by conflict, including Protection, food, shelter, and medical care. We conduct rigorous planning process which involved assessments and consultations with local communities, government officials, and humanitarian organizations. All our intervention was implemented with community based local actors and government authorities, using mobile teams to provide services and distribute aid. Monitoring and evaluation were conducted regularly to assess impact and improve the response. Our intervention reached over 50,000 people and was well-received by local communities. Recommendations for future actions are shared with stakeholders and our donors to continue to meet the needs of conflict affected and other vulnerable populations. Our response was locally led, culturally appropriate and carried out with regular stakeholder engagement.
