Grow Strong Foundation (GSF) is a youth-led, child-focused grassroots non-governmental organization based in Maiduguri, Nigeria. Established in 2017 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2018, GSF is dedicated to protecting, promoting, and advocating for the inclusion of young people and individuals living with disabilities in social protection, peacebuilding, and community development initiatives, particularly in response to the insurgency in Northeast Nigeria.

Where we work
GSF is active in various communities across Nigeria, with a significant presence in the North-Eastern region. Our efforts are concentrated in areas most affected by conflict and socio-economic challenges, where vulnerable populations require immediate support.

Gender Violence Prevention and Response
GSF Holds Transitional Justice Workshop
Grow Strong Foundation, in partnership with UNICEF Nigeria and collaboration with the Borno State Ministry of Justice, hosted a #workshop on diversion programs. The workshop aimed to explore effective strategies for reducing the prison population and #promoting rehabilitation within the #justice system.

Currently, GSF is actively managing five (5) projects in across the North-East.
Grow strong foundation currently has a staff strength of at least 200 staff across the projects. GSF has presences in three states of the North-East states and operational presence in the North-Central states of Nigeria.
